The Grove of the Silver Rose, was developed and maintained by Nemeton member, and Voice of Safety & Security for the SIlver Desert, Pat Collins.
It is nurtured by both experience and green magic, as its guardian and architect is a manifestory green mage practitioner. The grove is meant to create a space of peace and reverence for the forces of life and nature, a sanctuary for standard visitors and practitioners of magic alike. It functions as a foci for natural energies and permits a blend of the primary elements together in one unified space.
The Grove also has two functional firepits, one gas one burning, and will house an artificial creek plus a waterfall fountain within the Rose Garden, the primary altar and place of magical work and practice
The grove is currently under heavy development but will have a functioning altars as well as several spaces for meditation and reflection. The grove also functions as a supplier of food for a nearby food bank as it currently has 28 fruit trees and will be home as well to a multitude of vegetables, berries, legumes, and herbs. Pat plans on finishing the space with stone pathways in a labyrinth pattern as homage to the Labyrinth of the Ways.
Once construction is done, whether you're there to practice magic, pay respects to deities or natural forces, to eat food directly grown from nature, or to just unwind and relax, the Grove of the Silver Rose can supply those needs for you
* This grove is not open to the public, visits must be arranged *
